Ice is a good complimentary weapon to fire because of Ice Spikes' stun. This allows you to stun all enemies in place giving you time to use fire bullets so you hit it without putting yourself at risk. If you are struggling early game with Karnak the Ice shield makes the falling boulders not target you. Other than these aspects, Celestial staff is better without needing certain situations to use it's moves.

Ice Staff is good when you're playing a team, it provides really good CC potential as well as probably best combo'ed WITH fire just because you can use Blazing Circle with the 3rd Ice Staff ability that puts you in a ice block from some really good crowd wiping and with celestial, blessing shot is very good but the downside is you have to directly shoot your teammates (if you can aim very well its your best healing) I've gotten +300k healing just by healing one person using blessing shot

Blessing shot would be better if the bullets could just ignore enemies hitbox so i can actually heal my teamates, or if i could lock my blessing shot onto my teamates

if you position yourself behind your teammate and lock onto the enemy it'll go through your teammate while healing and then also damage the enemy, that's been working pretty well for me. requires you to play positioning a bit better though :p

I used this build till I was 30 but reset my character and built dex race instead and went physical. This build is satisfying and the clear potential is crazy too. However the efficiency of Physical (Bow/GS) just feels much smoother, easier lifesteal and aoe from GS and great cc/solo kill from bow. You don’t have to manage your mana too plus the gear it uses gives consti. But I respect Mage builds, if only Fire Staff had lifesteal as part of its kit somehow.

Tbh.. I prefer ice staff, the sniping ability from 800+ studs (which increases damage longer the range) is INSANE. The Turret is so helpful in CC as well but the fire staff is more for quick kills

Cause, when I'm on Xbox, it says I must use a keyboard and mouse, which I've never really used before because it's too late, I've already gotten to used to the controller. hey idk if i should switch to this one rn im going 70int and rest into con and i have heavy armor not robe because if you use robe you get magic resist but with heavy you have armor so more health and most of the game mods has no magic spell you would only use it for pvp but im using it for pve the build im going is 70 int so that alot of dmg so if i switch to heavy am still doing alot of dmg and i gain alot more health but idk what do you think
