Nothing can ever top Rosa on release. 80% damage reduction, for 6 whole seconds, basically making herself and Poco meta just because he could heal her. Not only that, she was rare, meaning everyone had access to her day one. In every solo showdown match you could find Rosas hitting each other for over half a minute just because they would continuously recharge their supers after using them. Such a broken brawler.

Darryl used to rule the Heist meta due to his Super having a very long range. Mortis was really broken on Day 1 due to his longer dashes. That was before his Coiled Snake Star Power. Piper was strong on release due to her huge damage. She got emergency nerfs. Penny was really strong after her rework. Sam was invencible due to his Hearty Recovery SP (he recovered 30% of his missing HP everytime he picked his Knuckle Busters).
