In case you guys missed it, this Goku can do 3 ultimates. 1 from main ability, 1 from doing cover change nullification (which activates once), and 1 from another cover change nullification. You might asked "but it only activates once though?" Well, below that statement is "activate count resets when this character enter the battlefield if there are 2 defeated battle members" which means the cover change nullification thing can be done one more time when this Goku is the last one standing and it says "the following effects occur if a cover change or special actions are nullified" which means every time this cover change nullification animation triggers, the effects listed will trigger which one of them being drawing ultimate arts card.

so it seems like a blast based build is necessary for the most part to beat him. Strikes, Rushes of any kind get countered. You start losing against him and you're cooked. If you whiff a ult or rush you're cooked. You basically have to be extremely aware of whats going on and play super balanced to win. He'll be easy to win with but hard af to beat
