I recently purchased the Douyu DK200, and it looks identical structurally to these keyboards. The PCB, the gasket, everything is the same. The only difference is that the bottom housing does not have silicone; instead, it has only a thin layer of foam. And ok the switches where different

My old keyboard has broken down which was not that great but now I need a good gaming mechanical keyboard which will last for a long time. And I don't know much about modding so I need a good stock keyboard. My budget is around 6000 Rs (60$ - 70$) approx... So please suggest me a good keyboard. And which keys should I buy in that keyboard too. I used to use outemu red switches earlier ya I know they are very cheap...

Anyone help I've just brought this but I can't get the keys to light up. I no the back of the keys light up but when your playing in the dark THE ACTUAL keys, do t seem to light up for example I can't see where the letters are in the dark. Any ideas pleasex
@wyntermist_6 ай бұрын
if I'm getting what you're saying, the rgb is on but the letters of the keycaps aren't specifically glowing so you can see it in the dark? Then, buddy, your problem is the keycap itself. Your solution is to buy a keycap set that says "shine-through" / "transparent" keycaps. The one provided with this keyboard doesn't have that

I've been using it everyday ever since I got it. I've been using it wired though since I got the akko blank-and-pink themed wire to go with it and so far, I haven't encountered any issues with it. Heavy typing, gaming, and casual use, has been reliable thus far

I'd prefer rk m75 since I like the case design-wise. The only dealbreaker for me is the screen isn't customizable

hi! how does this keyboard compare to the keychron v1? the keychron is a a bit pricier than this one so i’m really torn between the two. Idk if i should wait and save more for the keychron one or get this instead.
@wyntermist_9 ай бұрын
keychron v1 has been considered one of the most durable and has the least issues among its competitors so it's worth its price. The difference it has with this is it's not gasket mounted or does it have a screen. If you're not in for those features, then it's better to get keychron

i was wondering if you are looking straight from the top at the left key do you see some lack of a layer there?
@wyntermist_10 ай бұрын
I'm not sure if I got your question right but is it the left arrow key you're referring to? And by layers, you mean the layers inside the keyboard? Then no. But if you're referring to screen, then yes. There's a significant space between the actual screen and the upper case's screen glass. But to me, it doesn't bother me that much
@jakubmarzec432210 ай бұрын
@@wyntermist_ yes i mean left arrow key, on my unit it looks like a plastic layer inside keyboard is like few milimeter too short and leave small gap on the edge

Would you say its worth it for the pro model for 67€??? It will be my first diy mech keeb
@wyntermist_10 ай бұрын
if we're going to compare it to other gimmick keyboards that have both screen and knob, I'd say it's a good entry level keyboard. You'd only go for the pro version if you really want the screen itself (and also the wireless feature but you'd get better wireless keyboards at that price point if you're not aiming for the screen) The only use for the screen is for 1) aesthetic purposes like I do 2) is that you can look at the time if you're in a full screen program on your pc. Another similarly, also popular, 75% keyboard that I know of is the rk m75 which costs around in the southeast asian shops 72 usd and 90 usd in the american market, however, the screen for that one is not customizable. So I'd say, if you're really aiming for the customizable screen, then yes, it's worth it.

@@wyntermist_do you think quality wise this keyboard is similar to rkm75?
@wyntermist_10 ай бұрын
@@Eco_Grl In terms of case quality, the rkm75 has a lot more going on of its aesthetic compared to the ak820. If you take a look on the port part, it has this aluminum bar accent for the keyboard which makes the keyboard more custom. It's held by screws so it can be removed and replaced for more customizability. Additionally, the software for the knob has more options than the ak820 does, which is in the rkm75, the knob is the on and off switch of the keyboard unlike the on and off button under the ak820. Honestly, I like the case so much that I'm thinking of a build where I can swap the pcb and case of the two boards. I'd take the pcb and knob of the ak820 pro and place in the case of rkm75 since the only deal breaker of the rkm75 for me is the non-customizable screen.
