Yo! I’m rockin the Vaporfly 3s actually. I love the Alpha flys (wore them for 2 marathons) but the vapors are a little lighter/comfortable for me. Happy training on your race 🙏🏽

Any tips on how you settled your nerves?

Definitely leaned in to my training. Had faith in my pacing strategy that my coach gave me. My biggest challenge has to been really holding back in the beginning of my races or training sessions so enforcing that discipline took my mind off the nerves
