howabout a mario 64 fighting match where you try to knock each other out of the stage, the goal is to make them get spit outside of the stage completely so they have to reenter idk if you could program hp%s into the game to make it more like smash brothers so each hit knocks you farther away maybe pick stages where falling off would reduce mario's hp to 0

I know there's the recently released Duels mode(which is basically a 1v1 fight mode, I haven't tried it out yet), but other than that I haven't seen anyone make basically Smash Bros but in 64 Coop
