I mean with all these KZbinrs trying to learn how to fight now you gotta think at least some of this are bringing not only notoriety to some gyms but bringing in some money for them. Regarding the islamophobia and the 'pork' incident: I think it was the right move to cancel the fight and remove the offender. I understand the sentiment behind "leave it up to the fighter" but I think its more important to NOT put that onus on them. What happens when you have a fighter who would rather not go through with it, but feels the public pressure to continue on? Additionally, if you continue the fight, this just gives the clown a platform to stand on to say, "Ah, see? I boosted ratings by doing that" or whatever other nonsense. If that's my promotion, I don't want ANY tolerance for something like that to ever happen. You send a clear message every time you make a quick decision to remove someone for behaving like that. If you let this slide, what else do you let slide in the future? Is that the promotion you want? The right move is to certainly snuff that garbage out as fast as you can.

Pork is considered unclean, pigs are considered unclean animals (I personally completely disagree, but I respect it) and you're not supposed to consume them or even associate with them. It's in the Torah, the Old Testament and the Koran - it's an extremely old Abrahamic rule.
