All you videos are very helpful. Could you do one on bridal hairstyles for outdoor weddings? To give brides direction on which options work best based on various conditions (wind, humidity, etc.)

Thank you for the video! Is there a neckline that is the most popular in your opinion? I was a bridal consultant in europe and i find the differences to the US-market always fascinating :)

It depends on the year, but these days sweetheart with corset style bodices or vneck/plunge for sure!

Nice dresses! I jyst expected more tips on what necklines go better with what body types....

I honestly haven't found a hard pattern for what necklines look "good" or "unflattering" on different body types. In the 3 years I have been fitting brides, there isn't really a right or wrong neckline for different body types. You just need the right size, proper customs when needed, and great alterations :)

Very interesting & informative! I definitely learned a lot. Came here after you mentioned in your newest video about sleeves that you did the video recently, so I'll watch that one immediately now that I've finished this one. One thing I'll note is about the illusion necklines and it being "wrong" when you can really see the tulle over the skin because i always have found that style where you can see the tulle as like a way to pseudo-hide the topmost part of the chest and you really see the thin white on top of peach or whatever shade of skin well to actually be so much prettier as a modest style. Plus i just thought it was cool to see the tulle in and of itself, like it had an interesting & pretty look to it? Wedding dresses that seem ultra sexy to me, like the example of the illusion neckline done well with plunge and cap sleeves, are so much less what I'd ever choose, actually. But I'm perhaps a rare example because of my asexuality in particular, but also because I'm a fat person who especially is frustrated that it's hard to see examples of fat women in wedding dresses in photos that I look at her and think I'd like to wear that. I mean in videos like this none of the examples were a plus sized woman at all, which is hard not to notice, but even when I see photos of fat women at their weddings... In those cases, what I've seen these past few years is they almost always are really low neckline styles lately often really extra highlighting cleavage, very often sleeveless or cap sleeves so arms more shown off than maybe I'd want too given how self-conscious I feel in retrospect about how I looked in photos at my prom 13 years ago in a straight neckline, strapless blue dress when I didn't really know better and that is the opposite of what i typically like in a style. Bateau with either cap or short sleeves (or maybe long sleeves) I think might work amazingly for me as a fat woman looking for a modest and pretty style... That's nice to know the name! Actually now that I'm googling with specific terms about necklines and sleeve names I'm seeing a lot more styles of wedding dresses that I think feel modest enough and pretty enough for me as a fat woman and I'm really glad for that. I'll maybe start keeping track of my favorite styles! (I am not currently engaged yet although my partner and I both do hope to get married to each other one day, we're still far too early into this relationship. I subscribed to all these wedding channels nearly 2 years when I was much closer to engaged to my now-ex, and silver lining of our breakup means we would've likely had to deal with a COVID wedding cancellation or whatever and I'm glad to have just sidestepped it.)

I've always felt like strapless/off shoulder dresses should be referred to as chest line dresses rather than neckline, since it really doesn't go up around the general circumference of the neck. And it's just my opinion, but strapless that doesn't look like it's sliding can appear rigid or dig the chest/underarms,I think it's also a sensation rather than that it's actually sliding and brides can lose a lot of posture/poise over the subconscious feeling. (It is very attention drawing to the chest and can take away from the overall bride and couple, some girls shy away from necklines because they think people will look at the dress and not them, they shouldn't get scared away.) It would be nice to see more short sleeve on here, other options for warm weather brides... strapless vs. long sleeves seem polarizing. Also you didn't show a watermelon neckline (a deep version of a bateau 50's style).I think halterneck can have long gloves or off shoulder dresses.
