Tell me about yourself is the most common interview question. As such, it's crucial to have a great answer to set the tone for the rest of the interview. Admittedly, it's a difficult balance between saying too much, and saying too little, but using the Past, Present, Future structure I explain, you should deliver an impressive answer.
This is the structure that I have used to successfully pass interviews at Big Tech companies, Investment Banks, and Big 4s. I also provide the sample answer that I used during my interview at Goldman Sachs with a detailed explanation of why it worked.
