I remember Carl Jung mentioning the power of the sun conjunct moon synastry. I always wondered about whether it would be better to have my sun conjunct their moon, or my moon conjunct their sun… you really clarified this for me. I think I would prefer my moon conjunct their sun to fulfil my deeper emotional needs. Very important to me.

Hi Lada! I am a Scorpio sun Aries Moon and Scorpio Rising. My husband is a Gemini sun Libra Moon and Aries rising. His rising sign matches my moon. And our moon signs are opposites... we both have ascendants ruled by Mars (does that also count?)... our relationship before marriage happened instantly when we met!!!! We also made it official and got married, moved in together and we now have a baby just within a year after dating. We didn't waste time at all. The opposition of the moon signs isn't easy. We butt heads at times like cat and dog but forgive a few minutes or hours later. The passion, sexual chemistry, the core values, emotional needs we definitely do share! I've never loved or felt drawn to anyone like him and it was indeed love at first site. We're now adapting to marraige and it's not easy but we stick together regardless of how much we annoy each other here and there. My crush has the same sun sign, Gemini, but he’s in the early degrees (conjunct my Mercury in Gemini) and I’m in the late degrees (conjunct his Mercury in Gemini) lol. The aspect I really love is that his moon and Venus are conjunct my Venus. Curious to know more about Venus aspects to the big 3.

this is all generally quite true in my experience. also one aspect I feel is demonized is the square aspect. I believe in some cases, certain individuals that are naturally more edgy do better in relationships that have some element of a square in their chart. I believe the relationships that are overly compatible either form long-term bonds that are deep or can lead to stagnation and boredom. overall it cannot be generalized but I do believe harmonious aspects are overvalued esp. as it relates to karma. many want to avoid karma when really you should be making mistakes . . . you can't skip out on it unless you take the shortcut route of isolation or devotion or discipline, etc.

Sir you are sooo correct. I have found that the square signs have the best growth and progression. My brother an Aries rising, Aries sun and Scorpio moon is married to a cancer. I am a Scorpio married to a Leo. Squares are the foundation

@@r.d.kapproved1829 Square attraction work in ascendant or sun sign because of the same : Fixed, Cardinal, Mutable. 1. Your brother Aries (Sun+ Ascendant: Cardinal sign) and his partner Cancer (Sun: Cardinal sign). 2. Yours Scorpio (Sun: Fixed sign) and your partner Leo (Sun: Fixed sign).

Soooo true! Regarding the sqaure aspect. I have experienced relationships with this aspect, as I am more edgy with my natal charts aspects. And no you can't skip karma..

Lada, what do you think of out of sign aspects, their strength? My Sun is at 1* Leo, his moon is at 29* Scorpio. Mathematically they are trining each other, but in incompatible signs? This is just one of the multiple out of sign aspects with this person... Feels really confusing.

my boyfriend is triple Virgo, I am Pisces-Virgo-Capricorn… So my Sun is oppositing his Sun, Moon and Asc on the one hand, and on the other my Moon is conjucting his Sun, Moon and Asc…. and guess:) we are fighting like crazy and we could do even more. Thank you. My husband and I, have no opposite connections, but I'm a Libra and my husband is Libra rising. Also, not mentioned in the video but his Mars (19°52) falls on my Mercury ( 19°29) in Libra, which is very challenging and his Mars falls also on my Venus ( 26°29) in Libra, attraction on a soul level. So, a lot of venus in our Chart. We are together for almost 22 years. We both have Ketu in Leo ( he,15°41, and I,15°42). And my Mars ( 1°37) in Cancer falls on his Sun ( 2°21) in Cancer, I believe this all is what bounds us and we challenge each other yes. But the good thing is that we learn from each other. This is a relationship that grows.. with its ups and downs.

Neptune, Uranus and Pluto are generational planets and spend a couple/many years in one sign, so that’s normal if you’re dating someone around your age. The interesting part is the connection between these outer planets and the personal planets in synastry (Moon - Pluto, Venus/ Mars - Neptune and so on)
