@@portlandoregonliving … thx for that Matt 😉👍🏻. When I come out (undetermined), I’m going to definitely concentrate on and walk the NW 23rd and the Pearl District. My “musts” are high walkable neighborhood and easy access to Max/Streetcar public transport as I no longer find driving enjoyable. 🫤. Thinking I might come out in the winter months to see if I can tolerate it. (Currently live in South Florida). It’s easy to fall in love with someplace in the nice time of year but it’s a different story when it’s drizzling and cold, right 🧐
