Cayuga Lake is definitely a body of water that demands respect, and it WILL take its respect one way or another sailboat capsized a few days ago from a storm that rolled through. That was the south end near ithaca, though. And south wind in NY is the most treacherous wind for sure!

Thank you for honoring Memorial Day with an enjoyable bass video. No coffee today, but yogurt for breakfast. Made potato salad for various friends (15 lbs. of spuds.) Happy that you stayed safe in the wind. The waves were becoming meclizine-like LOL (Clearlake was like that one year with waves breaking over the bow!) *I have a theory that unless you're* fishing clear water, it doesn't really matter which jig trailer you use - it could be a craw, a creature bait, worm doesn't really matter. What might matter is the scent and/or the color. But the the trailer itself doesn't matter. Maybe I'm crazy. *Great video though,* you really did quite well catching some solid bass in these conditions. Making it look easy.

Good stuff Greg! Crazy how fast your views pour in. So awesome😀 I'm putting up my week long trip to Cayuga right now. I just released Day 1 on my channel yesterday. Highlight was a 20lb Drum and my friend breaking his PB 3 times in the day. Days 2, 3 and 4 are freaking epic! Hope you give them a view man. We went off the beaten path on Day 2 and Day 3 and had some crazy results. Day 2 was an 83 fish day for us, biggest being 6lbs and many were 4-5lbs. And nope, not at the bridge!
