Of course wearing a helmet is known as being safe but a helmt or no helmet has nothing to do with being cool. It's not about being cool, it's cause of the hardcore risk you take and that is a HUGE culture to street skating - skating raw, broken bones, skinned knees. It's like watching a UFC fight and saying, " im so happy they wear headgear, and gloves now, rather than looking cool.

Man that was my first thought. I haven't seen rails on a board since my old Kevin Stabb deck that I had back in the 80's. Those rails got him some nice long slides around the bowl.

Aron Kovacs I seen them on shortboards all the time. People who carve bowls use them a lot because they’re great for grabs.

I love hearing what he has to say and then watching his wisdom come out though his skating. He's really operating on another level.

"Tiger Eyes" ... the key to unlocking your next level! IYKYK ... I can watch Andy skate all day long. Skateboarding NEEDED a character like him to come along when he did. 💎

I really like A.Anderson's Style because he surprises always with funny/unusual tricks & in the next moment he starts huge, powerful, oldschool Vert-Tricks like a high Airwalk - Transfer-Air = awesome!. It’s like a tribute to the Bones 🦴 Brigade combined with today’s evolution of 🛹'ing. (wearing almost always an helmet as a sponsored Pro-S8'er is just another nice plus point) Greetings from Germany! 🤙🏼‼️

Skaters are all such cool and chill dudes. And I love how they like encourage other less skilled skaters and give them tips to get better instead of mocking them. Positive reinforcement is the key to become great at anything. With guys like Andy around even I would dare to try to skate lol.
