The most delicious and different broth in the world beside the river
This dish is one of the most authentic Iranian dishes , Abgousht (broth) or Dizi is one of the traditional Iranian foods including meat, sheep's tail, onion, potato, tomato (or tomato paste), peas and beans, which is eaten in two stages; First, they eat its juice with pieces of bread or bread (for the useful use of dry bread) and the rest of the ingredients are eaten with a meat grinder completely beaten or unbeaten with bread, onions and seasonings such as pickles and vegetables, which is known as pounded meat. If the broth is cooked in stone containers, it is called stone daisy
Abgousht is one of the very old foods of Iranians, which is a product of sedentary life, and kebab is the food of nomads, and only when they reach the final destination, they find the opportunity and conditions to load Abgousht.
