What I don't understand is how this person can eat so much cake without throwing up? You would think her gag reflex would kick in even though it looks so yummy. She is just a little person and she would have to have a really big stomach to hold all that she eats in.

For me, the biggest wonder is how she 'apparently' doesn't fall ill (diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood sugar, etc). So much cream and sugar can't be good for her heart and general health. A lot of people do this, but mustn't they purge it all afterwards? How do they eat like this and remain in seemingly good health? What is the secret?

Unfortunately, there is no way to stop the inevitable if people continue to eat this ludicrous amount of cream and confectionery. The body simply can not process so much sugar or fat. This can then lead to tooth decay, enlarged internal organs, addiction to sugar, depression to say the least, the list goes on. If the person then puts on weight, this can result in high cholesterol, high blood pressure and heart disease. People doing this on a daily basis are a ticking timebomb. This trend, for entertainment, is very concerning.

So, I've heard many times that people who do this type of content throw it up after eating to remain their figure, it's like bullimia, they stuff themselves full and force it out by throwing up afterwards
