Any chef would tell you this. And that sophistication makes for a level of quality in both taste and variety that is pretty much unmatched. BTW - I am not French and I do enjoy Italian food very much, but it doesn't beat French cooking.

And I do agree that Italian food is much more popular - largely due to the fact that much of it is very tasty and easy to make - so it is within the reach of ordinary people to make for themselves. Japanese food and Chinese is considered better in Asia, although Thai is also good. You say Indian food had a lot of spices, well, same with LOTS of other countries, who may have more. Just saying. But in the end, it’s all a matter of opinion

India is the land of spices ,it is largest country of production of spices and Indian food also flavourful ,in Asia Indian food is the most delicious coisine ,go and search it

@@krantisumantripathy3885 I think it might be more of a personal opinion. I personally love Indian food, but for me, Chinese and Japanese are better, just for me. I think that comparing all these different cuisines, it’s not fair, all country’s have amazing food. Many countries have so many different variants of flavors and dishes.
