Hello friends! In this video I present to you a delicious potato flan with eggs and sweet peppers. Perfect recipe to prepare for lunch or dinner. The whole family will love it! 1 kg (2 lb 4 oz) of potatoes
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 sweet pepper
Parsley
4 eggs
200 ml (1 cup) of kefir or yogurt
Cheese
Salt, pepper, chili pepper

Why cook potatoes, onions and peppers 1st just dice them then put in casserole dish pour scrambled eggs over them cover with cheese and bake for hour at 350 degrees I call it egg bake been making for years . Works with frozen hashbrowns or frozen diced potatoes with onions and peppers.

Don't use a knife on glass. The potatoes will be overcooked. Don't add the pepper and onions to the eggs when hot...or the eggs will start to scramble. Also, if you peel the potatoes prior to boiling you won't have to wait for them to cool down so you can peel them.
