The story could be as follows - Supriya was the SP of the city Raebareli. The state government launched a program of self defence in the state. So Supriya was given the duty of this program in her city. So she visited each school a day of her city with her team and demonstrated self defence techniques and also told children about the importance of self defence and how every child especially girls should know this and apply them wherever needed. In this way Supriya completed her duty successfully.

She was a marshal art teacher in school she along with his fellow teachers organising a demo skit on self defence training in school. The main motive of radhika was to tell the students the basic techines of self defence. After their skit all the students start clapping for their teachers for their performance. After increment of crimes against women amidst of various stringent laws brought up by the government of India. Rakesh S.p in Delhi police decided to organize a 2 month camp on teaching self defence techniques to women .He took his plan to his senior authorities and by his lucid explanation was able to convince them. He teamed up with his subordinates assigning various roles to them and also noted down the important point suggested by them during the discussion. He send 2 officers along with few constables to advertise about the camp by visiting the nearby societies. He took help of print media and also visited religious gurus to make it reach to more number of people .He visited his state chief minister office and suggested him to bring an act of teaching self defence techniques to girls at early stages in school mandatory. The 2 month camp had so much positive response that motivated Rakesh and his authorities to organize self defence camp regularly between a month and two gap. This initiative of Rakesh and his team proved successfull which helped in bringing down cases drastically.

She went to hospital with her husband to get the vaccine of TB. She was very afraid of injections since her childhood. She asked her husband to be with her at the time of vaccination. When the nurse was injecting the vaccine in her lower body, she struggled out of pain and more fear and her huband helped her at that time. After this incident Priya was a bit embarrased as she is not a child anymore to get afraid from a injection. She decided to overcome all her fears in her life. She used to do 1 thing daily by which she gets feared. Gradually she saw a drastic change in her personality and herself growing. She told about this technique to overcome any fear to all her friends and the locality members. Sir its my first story that I have tried . If any suggesstions then please tell. My view of perception: There was an actual case of freakish incident. A girl was in her house when some guy somehow got better of door and entered the house. After knowing that girl is alone at the house, he decides to take advantage of the case. He follows the girl closely and comes from behind and get his hands along her neck. She tries to save herself but she falls down and when she tries to get up the man comes forward and blocks her hands by his hands. Then, something happens. The girl hits the man with her knee shot. The man fumbles and gains hold but girl is alert enough to land counterpunch horse leg strike. The man falls and she tries to escape. But man quickly gets up and the main door was already closed. The girl decides to end the matter. She gathers courage and hits him with elbow around his neck and cleverly make him fall down by her leg and then jumps onto him strongly causing the man to lose conscious. And she manages to win the battle and the man gets arrested at the end. *Moral* : *You are stronger than anyone.* *If you think someone will come to help you, you can never get ahead in life. If you believe in yourself, you can do anything.* At difficult times, you have to calm yourself and be good at reflexes. To sum up: *If you control yourself at times, you can handle any situation*

Its not about positive but desirable intent. Second self defence training are as hard it can be, it depends how detail you go inside. Try this real situation of what you are talking about and see what happens at SSB. FIRST of all these test were designed for traumatic and psychometric issues which were later adopted by forces. Dig deeper for understanding of these test. Just to give you some direction, read about Carl Jung and his theory behind WAT Test.

I still don't understand actually i got confused too much because sir i sometimes think all story made by mine is wrong. Sir i not aiming your knowledge ofcourse you are a great teacher. If I got this picture I should have written, Krati, 25, was going back home from her job after completing her evening shift. She was attacked by a chain snatcher, when she resisted, she was pushed to the ground. She knew about the restricted movements of the body, because she attended self defence classes in her school days. So, she took herself out of the snatcher's grip and ran away as far as possible. When she felt safe, she called her father, asked him to come pick her up. She reported in the police station for the missing chain. The police was very efficient and helped her.
