Play 19:06 slow mo, Fomby didn’t actually hit him in the face, the contact with his arm was no the body, the extension of the arm and Matt’s Flop made it look like he did It’s actually a defensive foul. Fomby drove to where Matt wasn’t (legal) Matt then moved there If Matt was there first, offensive foul. That is if Matt was there before the drive It would also be a offensive foul, if Matt had moved obliquely (this is the term the rules use, it means backwards diagonally) Matt did neither of these things, Fomby drove and Matt moved into him Easy defensive foul call
