To be fair to him. The cops didn't even look at the video before they ran over to start questioning the guy and that female cop also lied right to him. She said he walked right pasted her but no she drove up to a guy walking to the garbage can after fallowing his ancle bracelet. Maybe look at the evidence before going to start questioning a supposed suspect. He also acted like how people should act when being told that someone accused him of some crazy shit. I mean weather he is guilty or not the cop did not in fact follow proper protocol and he might actually have a legit case to get out of jail. Legally speaking her going to question him before looking at the evidence is enough to get him off do to the cop not following proper measures. How a court trial would realistically go in a cross questioning thing with the cop. Defense: So did you look at the evidence before you arrested my client? If Cop does not lie: No. Defense: So you had no evidence my client committed a crime when you arrested him? If Cop does not lie: No sir I had no evidence. Defense: I would like this case to be thrown out do to the fact that my client was arrested without legal reason and without legal cause. Judge: Case dismissed with prejudice against the cops for not doing their job properly. Seriously even if he did do what he is being accused of that female cop did not follow legal and proper chain of command and custody of the case and by jumping the gun and arresting him without evidence she actually illegally arrested him. Now a claim of oh he could have gotten away before she got the evidence falls flat and can not be legally used because she chased after him and found him because of his ancle tracking monitor so yea he could not escape because he can be tracked anywhere on the planet so he can't get away. She straight up illegally arrested him. To all cops take the 5 fucking minutes to get evidence so cases like this don't have legal justification to get the criminal off. This is not even a technicality do to miss writing a word on the paperwork this is the female officer not doing her job. With so many female officers absolutely failing at their job in truth its not sexist to state that females don't belong in a job they can't physically do. Hell the female officers in New York are just paid to be dancers which means they are literally cheerleaders for the rest of the cops. That is a waste of tax payer dollars.

When a town with a population of 51,000 people earns an international reputation, maybe it's time the judges in the area start taking things a little more seriously. Maybe don't let people like Ron lose on the public. Side note: kind of want to visit now to see if all the videos are an accurate depiction of what life is like there. By allowing the suspect to just walk away it will only reinforce his behavior next time since he'll think that "if I act up enough then they won't come after me." I learned today that ankle monitors tell changes in altitude as well as gps location and time. Makes sense that a place like new york would have to have this for skyscrapers that house thousands. The cops literally had a tracker that told them where he was and if he went up or down and by how much and they still couldn't find him.

I am absolutely dumb founded how scared the officers were to let a repeat offender go
@NicholasW9438 ай бұрын
They're 2 female cops and there's a larger agitated male. Cuffing someone is very, very difficult even when you have multiple people that are the same size and strength as the suspect. If they went to arrest and he resisted it could very well result in the guy getting shot, which upsets the community a lot even if it's justified. They really need more officers to help them before safely going to arrest. Silly they only sent 1 male officer to try and arrest him considering he was known to resist. They know that the best course of action was to wait for backup so they can do the arrest safely. He's not an immediate danger to those around him, so him leaving probably won't result in someone getting attacked, so the officers know it's fine to wait a bit. Personally, I think it's dumb to have 2 female cops together because of situations like these, but maybe there's a reason the department does that like to avoid HR complaints or something.
@jessica_jam43868 ай бұрын
@@NicholasW943he is an immediate danger though imo. What if he decides to whip it out and again and it’s in front of kids or a girl by herself and terrifies or scars them. It’s disgusting that they let him go after he publicly jerked it. And yes I agree it was incredibly stupid to send two female cops to try and coral the angry sex pest. This video irritated me.
