had an old boxing coach teach me this years ago and still use it to this day its my favourite punch and its hard to see coming. Mayweather used it very often also. great video Joe!

I did this at school a kid I was fighting he liked blocking so I did the spear jab it hit him he fall and cried I liked it then showed it to my friend and he did the same
