I got really lots of dreams about everything and it seems like the true world too, i even weak up or feel pain sometimes when something happends in my dream, plus i can weak up instantly if something rly bad have to happend to me or i fall

Just recently started my journey, and just actually got done meditating.. there has been a lot of bad/negative things happening to me since I started my journey, but I will continue to fight I have lived in anger and sorrow for 33 years and I now have a daughter to raise and be a good role model for. Most days are a battle, but I have faith that I will end my inner civil war and find true happiness.

One of my lessons was that humility comes before emptiness. I was asked to turn the slides in a presentation before a large audience, I was puzzled being given such a small role in front of a large audience, my ego wanted a much bigger role. But I accepted the role and turned slides for an hour setting aside my ego’s wants and needs. It was then that I felt the emptiness.

So you are suggesting that you stop and dont think about anything. Someone sets fire to the house and you do nothing. You sit and allow it to burn. The pain of burning is a self indulgence. The purpose of creation is consciousness. If you dont become aware, you die. If a neuron in the brain is not used, it fades away. To meditate in the way explained is to escape the thought of the world you see. You do indeed manifest the world as a collective. The problem is not knowing what to manifest. What is best. You could manifest a life where everyone works for you. To do this is to enslave others. To open the mind to the higher awarness you do need peaceful thought. Thought from higher up will desire you connect to a better world which you desire to manifest or reflect here for the benifit of all. For centuries it has been known how to manifest. Yet it is used for the self. This is why the world you see is at war on all levels. Everyone desires to get enough money to escape the consequences of the world we hold onto with our thought. If you see someone in pain, desire that person to be well. Desire them to be aware of the truth. This way you see the truth manifest fairly. If you desire peace, wish for it in others that you may enjoy the peace they have.
