I can relate to the woman with the poop in her purse. I was dating this guy for a short time when we had gone over to his family’s home. Everyone was home including all his siblings. I needed to use the restroom for…you guessed it, number 2! Upon flushing, the water rose up and began overflowing up and over the rim, I was mortified! I peeked out of the bathroom door and called out to my boyfriend at the time and shout/whispered for him to come here. Not only did he show up but all of his grown ass brothers! They ended up having to snake the toilet to unplug it! There was only one thing left to do after that embarrassing disaster…..marry the guy! We have been married 45 years!

The parents showing up to the dance is NOT funny. She is a young adult trying to figure things out. No one wants their parents at every single dance event. They crossed her boundaries, and that reaction shows they did. They could have just shown respect for her and not shown up. She was in a safe place with adults around, them coming was not necessary. How can you upset your daughter that much and laugh at her and think it is funny? Give her some dang space to grow up and stop hovering around her.

I love this! When my kids were young teens I took them to a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium. During the 7th inning stretch the Macarena came on, and I was the only one in the nosebleed section dancing. The WHOLE SONG. When I would glance over at my kids they had their baseball caps pulled low and my son was sliding so far down in his seat he was almost on the floor. It was AWESOME
