As the squad leader and medic you tick the supplybutton but don‘t call it in. Then you have to revive a teammate and boom, you got the syringe

There is a flank I wish o recorded but I didn’t so I’ll just tell you all here. On twisted steel while it’s raining I paratrooped behind objective D (I think) and took out the flak cannon, snipers, and all the other troops in front with the M1897. I repeated this multiple times and ended the game with 57 kills and 17 deaths.

Also, I did this again on the same map with no rain by hiding in an exploded truck while the enemies walked and then slowly took them out with a pistol and throwing knives.
