I found that snapping around Rnd.3 is a good way to guarantee a counter snap. But dont snap and then spam emotes...they'll just make you wait every round

Sometimes the last thing goes the other way as well. Sometimes I took so long in the 6th. Turn trying to figure out the math and seeing no possible win, my oponnend than retreated because he thought I was about to drop a bomb on him.

Sera has been my key to climbing. Got her super early pool 3. If she's in my hand turn 1 I yolo snap. If she's not in my hand by turn 4 or 5 without anyone snapping I'll retreat. If they snap and I dont have her I'll retreat and usually because of how many cards I have to think about placing down on turn 6 they snap me because of how long I'm taking. Basically everytime I play her I either win 4 or 8 and when I dont have her I retreat for 1 cube loss. It's so free.

I always snap when it's a 50/50, whether my opponent give me 4 cubes by leaving, or I win all 8, or lose 8. either way it's 66% chance of getting cube and 33% chance of losing cube. always worth it.

I never snap. I also retreat if anyone snaps before turn five. Snapping is always a losing move, even if you win. It's the worst thing a player of Marvel Snap can do. If you want to gain cubes, never snap. Let the opponent snap. If you feel like you're going to win, don't snap. Just keep playing. If you feel like you're going to lose, retreat. This will get you more cubes than snapping ever will. Snapping is the worst mechanic in Marvel Snap.

The number of people who don't know how to play the game these days is astounding. Used to be that people would rarely snap turn 6 and actually think about retreating in conquest if you snap. Not any more... Makes things easier but... I prefer playing against opponents with decent skills.

I recently outmindgamed a guy. I snapped about turn two seeing a good hand, then played a devil dinosauzon the location that blocks ongoing, emoted the Deadpool getting hit by arrows to make him think it was a mistake, he snaps after, I play Arnim Zola on the Dino next turn. Easiest 8 cubes of my life

I stopped snapping. People were retreating everytime. Snap turn 4? Gone 1 cube. I don't like snapping before then. I get my opponent to snap often though. I get 4 cubes consistently

The last trick, maybe don't snap back. So the oponent doesnt have a chance to retreat and you get 4 cubes guaranteed. The other way you get 2 cubes guaranteed, with a chance of 8.

Another tip is to wait for the timer to go down before you snap. Then most likely there other player has already and played and ended their turn. So they have to accept the snap
