Great news. Nice and light tools. By the way: Would you choose EOS R6/6M2 and EOS R3 or Lumix S5 II and an upcoming S1H II (if the rumored specs are reals) as a dual setup for client word (photo + video), also real estate and some vlogging / run & go? And can you say why? R3 / S1HII = because of 4K60 uncropped and especially 4K120. What are your thoughts about it?

DONT GET THE STANDARD VERSION!!! It’s not worth getting if you don’t get the combo. I got the x100 last week, and I’m either going to return mine and get the combo or just shelf it until they start selling accessories by themselves. Zhiyun said they won’t sell accessories by themselves until the end of April 😩

I just bought the 100 and I love it EXCEPT at low power levels (5% or so) the kelvin levels jump around wildly. really sucks and wont be much of a problem and Ill just use my amaran 60 for those situations. but for sure a weird quirk in an almost perfect light. I shoot 16mm film as well and this is a perfect companion light on an already heavy camera. thanks for the review. Also I didnt get a tripod with my 100 kit

I stumbled upon these lights in the store and even the g60 seemed crazy bright to me. Like, the store rep kept putting his hand up to cover his eyes every time i pointed it at him to test it xD like i feel bad for blinding the mf kind of bright. considering its like half the brightness of a 120D im lowkey baffled some of yall actually be shooting with those. But as a nomad photographer / videographer this is exactly the kind of low footprint shit i can just throw in a backpack and not get charged extra on baggage fees, plus the fact that it works portable off the USB-C power delivery i already be using with my R8 is nuts.

All lights aren't great. We have more to strive for. I do like the zhiyun lights. But the ssi across all of these affordable lights and brands needs to come up. Aputure amaran 60x s and 60d s are incredibly affordable 60 watt lights. Cheaper than these. And they are pushing 90 on the ssi. If you want to really fake sunlight on a high end film, usually you would need 10s of thousands of dollars of lights. But not with these cheap high ssi lights.
