Just so y'all know, after this episode was released there's a lot of cases or tweets from kpop stans in the Philippines saying that their photocards, which are usually being used as a bag charm, are being snatched in public because snatchers think all pcs are that expensive.

Looking for this comment because this is true. Suddenly, there are a lot of KPop PC thieves and we are so afraid to display our PCs in public since then. Because these thieves didn't know that not all PCs are limited or special edition, they just steal without thinking. It's actually so scary.

If you look into it more, after this was released she began opening a kpop merch shop. They pretended they were poor with her grandma crying on tv when in fact they were well off with them posting their travel photos on facebook etc. So it was all a publicity stunt and because philippine media wanted to portray kpop fans negatively they jump on this without prior research

And after that episode came out in the public, the journalist or the writers of the show didn't have any ounce of accountability on what happened next. So after that episode was release, there were several snatching/stealing incident occurred and their main objective was to steal the PCs tags of the kpop idols from the victims bags. Majority of the victims were students. Those criminals were not aware that not all PCs didn't have the same value, all they know was every PCs was worth a fortune because of that episode. That show put many kpop fans at risk that time, we were asking for them to clarify the misconceptions about PCs but fell on deaf ears and just posted a public acknowledgment with lame excuses regarding the issue.

And what's worst was when that episode aired, there were incidents where the photocards hung in the bags of the students were stolen, then there were some packages delivered, but already open, and the merch were gone. delivery guys would say that they didn't know about it. It went on for a few weeks. Those bad people thought that all merch would costs that much. My cousin had a keychain of NCT hung on her bag, it's not even an original one, it's just customized, but still it was stolen. the KPOP PH community were really upset.
