The thing about the bonus chest shot is that, since it's a fixed arrangement of pegs every time, if you discover a shot that does get all of them, you should then be able to record that shot and just do it every time

16:58 I've seen the temporary refresh on my own refresh peg-less run on this same fight. maybe they coded this as a failsafe for this fight specifically for this if they had some sort of issues with programming the peg types to transfer between the two maps. since, yknow, those two layouts aren't the same pegs but in a changed layout, because only 1 map has the mirrored-activating pegs.

I think defresh wouldve worked better for you than consuming chalice after mole. while +0/+4 is nice, you tend to activate enough hit pegs with defresh that it pays out better.

2:50 yeah poison is super underpowered it seems. It's terrible in act 2 and it's not that good in act 3. If spinfection applied to shields, or if there was more AOE spinfection, I'd see it being really good, but as it stands, it's kinda meh

I feel like the real problem is that most of the spinfection orbs and relics are only good if you're already aiming for a spinfection build. And, on top of that, none of them are strong enough to make you want to pivot into a spinfection build mid-run. The devs really just need to go back to the drawing board with how the player interacts with the mechanic. I know that the Roundrel is the "debuffs" class, but I could see there being a fifth class that focuses on "indirect" damage like bombs and spinfection instead of direct orb damage.

It does suck if there ever comes a fight where you will take more than or close to 50 damage in one turn (red bombs or some bosses) or a fight with not many pegs to hit. In general, if you have other healing, not worth it.

Yet another run that only really got going right before the final boss. It feels like that's a trend with Peglin. Exploitaball was kinda underwhelming here, if I'm going to be honest. Sure, it sometimes more-than-doubled damage against some of the bosses, but your crits were dealing so much raw damage by the end of the run that that maybe saved you a turn? I dunno, single-target debuffs just feel kinda anemic in the pegging game.
