Most favored nation is concerned with non discrimination among trading members who are members of the WTO. So basically it’s set up to ensure that countries when trading with other countries don’t discriminate in the way they grant any favors, privileges etc. Where as National Treatment is concerned with the treatment of domestic and imported goods are treated in a member state that is the domestic products of a state ought not to be treated more favorably than imported goods in the domestic market that is in relation to tariffs, Article III:2 of the GATT and regulatory laws etc Article III:4 of the GATT.
