My milk bags did that a lot too (all different brands), so I always thawed them in a glass measuring cup (can put the measuring cup into a bowl of water). Saved a lot of milk that way!

Katie, I am so glad that you made the pudding and realized how easy and economical it is compared to buying it premade. I am 75 and we made pudding this way as they hadn't put the premade in the stores yet. Another good part is that you can add more chocolate powder if you want and yes, it suddenly becomes just right when you stir it.

Put the milk bags in a sandwich bag before putting it in the water so if it leaks it has that extra barrier to catch it

When it comes to thawing a bag of breastmilk put the breastmilk bag in a freezer bag so if there is a whole in it it will not leak past the freezer bag

It’s the height of flu/RSV season. If you choose to go out amongst crowds, exposure will happen and the odds of catching a virus are higher. Therefore the kiddos and sometimes mom and dad are going to get sick, unfortunately.

What's the latest update on your heart? I'm quite certain I have POTS but the test I did a few years ago was negative and I only got diagnosed with a general low blood pressure condition. I want to get re tested because my symptoms have gotten worse the past few months (tachycardia, dizziness, chest tightness). Did you ever get another diagnosis? Like are they saying they miss diagnosed you or did they explain that you did have POTS but it went away? Thinking of you!❤
