It never has stop it just isn't op anymore just OK I have been playing it without stop since season14 start and the nerfs won't keep me down bcs it is so fun.

@skelet8337 I used to not play it cuz the AD and true damage was good back then, but with the AP scaling changes and no true damage on E it gives me depresso copium so I've just been playing Rek'Sai support lmao.

@RockTofu I mean she was strong after the passive regen buff then they nerfed it it was still good and then they nerfed the attacks speed an q that made your abysmal wave clear even worse I don't blame you xD it is really fun but up to level 6 laning is a pain after first item and level 9 things get easier if you aren't very behind.
