This is why I always gets upset at rage bait accounts. I don’t care if it’s trying to get a reaction out of me, I don’t care if it’s “just a joke”. Sometimes what these people say can have real effect on real people regardless if it’s just a joke. One good example is someone that goes by healer (I’m sure you may of heard of them) they would make lots of rude comments about people, say outrageous things, sometimes even mock Christians, the list goes on. Everyone would constantly get angry at me for getting upset with them because “it’s just for fun and it’s not hurting anyone”. Well I reached my limit when they suddenly made a post implying they was going to take their life before going absent for a while. They then come back making a Jesus joke and just laugh it off like it was a prank. As someone who actually try to take their life, this broke me that they would find this topic hilarious and thought it was appropriate to pretend they did that. They even tried to play victim when they rightfully got criticized for their carelessness. I am so tired of these rage bait people trying to treat this all as a joke. Not everyone will treat it like that and it could really hurt people, worse, influence young children to copy what they do because they don’t know better.
