How are you managing the episodes bro? I'm also type 1, but the medications are getting too much now, 1200mg of antipsychotics a day alone and that's not including anti-depressants or anxiety meds (which I avoid). Been 4 years since diagnosis and getting "medical help".. Not gonna go into my alternatives as it's not needed to be said

Tom is truly blessed with a unique type of talent. It was easy to see n hear in his lyrical arrangement. Blows my mind. His music n Novas, just draws you in just like watching a horror movie. Knox. If you plan on tackling Nova and Problems, let me make a suggestion. Problems is back from before Nova and Tom were a thing. React to Problems first - it has to be the live studio version where she's wearing flip-flops in the beginning and not the regular music video One Def jam made her do. That one just hits harder. Then follow up with who I am, then either Bat man or Tre Pound / Piece of Sh!t,then lunch special, and Runnin. This will give you an idea of Nova when she was signed to Def Jam records. Then re-react to her music video Hey You. The You and the title is actually referring to Def jam records. Once you get a feel for her older stuff and also this content she was rapping about,. Hey You song by her older self it's even way harder, and there are even visual cues that hit 10 times harder once you have the earlier videos for context. Make it a live stream like this one and just go ahead and hit those videos in sequence. You won't be disappointed...
