Some moves like spore or dire claw are hated when your opponent click them, some moves like stone edge and focus blast you hate when you click them and they miss.

Thank you! I literally never hear anyone talk about Whirlpool but it’s so busted; the fact that it does more than Leftovers heals makes it super hard to play around, but incase that wasn’t enough, it makes it impossible to switch out too! You’d think that Water-type Pokémon would be immune to strong currents, but I guess that Game Freak forgot about the immunity mechanic when designing this move. I’m so glad someone brought it up!

Yeah, I agree. Whirlpool is a completely busted move. Slap it on a Galarian Corsola with and eviolite and you can trap an opponent's physical normal or fighting type mon and bask in the fact that they are most likely howling in rage. It seriously needs a nerf.
