Outstanding story! The nephew's unnecessary cruelty tells much about him; there was no need to kill the poor dog. I would haunt him, too! Between your stories and photography, I feel close to the area, as though I have been visiting.

@@tim7052 it should and i acknowledge i made a mistake with it. I also mis-pronounced Grandtully. I know how to pronounce both correctly but went into autopilot when recording and missed in the edit. Lesson learned 🤦‍♂️

@eerieedinburgh No problem mate- we all make mistakes. It's just that whenever"Scone" is mentioned, I always remember Billy Connolly's admonition in pronouncing that word from his "World Tour of Scotland" (a beautiful program btw!!). 👍

My oppression started in Perth. I stayed there for six weeks and only left when I escaped my abvser, but in that six weeks, a nasty spirit attached to me and gave me a horrid few years. The energy there was thick.

This series of events sounds very real; nothing extreme, nothing bizarre, ordinary human events, but so intense and consistent. That the death or rather murder of a beloved dog could set this in motion! Excellent presentation!

Never mess with a man or woman’s pups ! The love for a dog is just as true and just as deep as a love for a family member or even a child ! That kind of hurt loosing a precious 4 leg member of the family is unforgivable ! 😰😰😰😰😰💔

Another brilliant spooky video with a history lesson. Even though I knew that that's where the Stone of Destiny was/is. I would've never have thought that Scone was a capital before Edinburgh. If asked, I would've guessed Stirling. I feel a bit silly now. 🦇

I have a friend who's Gran worked there before it burned, she didnt report anything but knew of the stories. When she was asked, she replied "ah, the spaniels".

My friends own what is left of this house and it is to rent as a holiday house. The ancient part was demolished (too haunted) and the 19th century servants' wing is what is left. Near Perth, Pitlochry, Blair Atholl, St Andrews and Edinburgh.

I definitely want to visit what remains of this place. The hauntings don't sound evil or harmful. I think it's very sad and tragic more than scary. Would definitely brings lots of chew toys, treats and goodies for the good doggie spirits!! Though to be honest waking up to be locked by fantom dogs would surprise me a bit lol 😂

I imagine that because of his nephew's cruelty (I think he hated the thought of his uncle coming back as a dog..), he decided to come back and haunt his nephew to the grave. Not like he didn't deserve it.. what an evil man to kill dogs because of a dying wish of a relative.

Nuns all have SHORT hair. Therefore, the ghost with long hair was not a nun. Odd that the internet says telephones were in some private residences by 1900, yet the nephew was on the phone with London in 1895.

This story makes no sense. A woman, a man and some dogs died at the house but it's haunted by an array of ghosts including a nun. And no one ever thought to tell the ghosts that the disgusting man who had the dogs killed is now gone? So they can or stay but if they stay please be quiet and stop scaring innocent people.

I'll be doing Boleskine at one point but i don't think its got quite the ghostly history as Ballechin. I'm fascinated with the Crowley spell though.
