You can still beehop heal with octane and you actually still can beehop heal without and speed boosters ive only seen one person do it go to the gaming merchant and in one of his videos you can see him beehop healing without any speed boost

Benjamin back in the day fast heal was a bonus of gold backpack. Gold armor before just gave you shields when you executed I believe. I’m pretty sure that was something they changed to all shields later on
