See, I don't consider this an alliance server. This is just an exploit server. An actual alliance server isn't made by getting a ton of people you know together to take over a server. It is made by negotiating or fighting to build an alliance with random crews you meet. Yes this means you might get betrayed, but thats part of the game. This is just people trying to get the maximum reward for the minimum effort.

What I don't get, is the point of it. PvE can be fun to chill and do for a minute sometimes, but it's so easy that you can just solo all of it while drunk or high or both. All gold gets you is skins, what's the point of avoiding the fun part of the game?

PvE servers do not exist, what you have done, Sir, is taken a PvP server, bastardised it, and then claimed ownership of it. Really hope Rare can come up with some kind of system to prevent these kinds of alliance servers. Servers where everyone has entered an alliance organically (which does happen) is absolutely fine but these monthly premium things are absolute sauce. Get rid of em' Rare.. In the meantime at least we have Theb on hand to do a little pirate moderating

Rare could make pve servers. Make a selection at the menu. Maybe make loot less valuable or increase the A.I difficulty. Lock certin items or cap rep. It might not stop it, but it would cut it down.

I don’t know how but a large chunk of the gaming community seems to have become allergic to fun, legit using games as a seconds 9-5 job rather than an actually enjoyable experience. I will never understand how you buy a pirate game and get pissed when someone is being a pirate instead of a wage worker fighting the same 3 events over and over again to make their ship look cool, never actually using it in an actual server.

Natural alliance servers are near impossible and I have only had it happen on 1 community day. There’s also ship placement as organized alliances will have everyone doing their own thing while natural alliances normally stick together or just go do their own thing that isn’t organized.
