Let me hear ya'll stories in the comments: When I was 4, there was a toy in the store my moms wouldn't get for me. I don't remember if this was premeditated or spur of the moment. But, i woke up early the next day, put on my clothes, and left by myself. I walked to that store, grabbed that toy and left. On the way out, a cashier smiled at me. I smiled back and continued on. When I got home, my dad (RIP) answered the door! He was like, "where you been". Until this day, I have no idea how at the age of 4 I came up with this lie so quickly. I told him Theo (close friend of the family, even til this day) came and got me. He looked down the apartment hall and was like "where he at". I said "he was in a rush". I got my damn toy! 😅
