Uhhh- District... You do realize that that's the Season 3 Pred badge? Season 3 Pred is basically like Any Season Masters, because Pred didn't technically "exist" til Season 4 and onward. There was an uncapped Pred count for the early seasons. (I was #22,318 Pred).
