Hello my school is resuming in august have gotten my documents form the school for visa process do I have to pay my school fee before applying for visa?

I think if the admission letter and other school documents have been given to you then it's better you come here and pay after you get your Visa to be on the safe side . My humble opinion.

@@victorudaze5096 Buying a round trip is cheaper and that's if you will be visiting home after a semester but if no I suggest a one way is okay because you are coming to study not for visit .
