Your birthdates are close to eachother 😂 It is generational...or you are born exactly 12 years apart or so. The aspects made to your natal jupiters will then come in to play in the relationship too.

Like, if this partner is used to this "inconjunction energy" in his own life, maybe this aspect with someone else won't feel so uncomfortable for him ? Right away this sounds like you both are expansive for each other in career ways. The Venus placements may be just fine in the houses where they are. I'd look to see if they are in compatible signs (i.e. both water, both air, etc or at the very least earth-water or fire-air).
