Though you do lose all of your catalyst charges. Catalyzing past season gear is free. You can still acquire season 1 and 2 raid sets through catalyzing forbidden reach and dreamsurge gear respectively.

@@cw8 which kind of makes sense? after 6 expansions the legion plotline was finally concluded, then bfa immediately after starts the void plotline (or at least with void being the main focus of the story) if we're going by sets of three then df is basically the intermission which is nice maybe? taking a break a bit and getting fed bits of foreshadowing until next story line starts and it goes back to save the world rinse and repeat ofc that means weird df raids but also means you get an expansion to goof off so horde and ally can have an excuse to fight the void together and whatnot just my take on it

@@brendon1689DF's entire campaign focused on friendship, family, forgiveness, being nice to each other, with some political correctness injected into it. It's absolute cringe. We have annoying, whiny bosses for villains like Fyrakk and Raszegeth. No where in the exppack were there any epic moments. And you're actually also saving the world from the Primalists, just that we don't even realise it since they seem to pose little threat and are whiny annoying bosses.

There's also a neat trick with the primal items from the storms and reach, if you upgrade them, you get vault of the incarnates heroic set pieces - and because they're previous tier there is no catalyst cost

If you want to try for LFR sets, they're typically the hardest to collect after next to mythic since LFR usually takes a WHILE to be soloable. Classes whos LFR Sets are NOT returning as the S4 tier appearance: Druid, Evoker, Hunter, Monk, Paladin, Priest, Rogue, Warlock, Warrior

It is hard to play wow but it does make it better when you have solid group of friends to goof off with. Going solo makes things very difficult.

True. Did you know that in the pvp room in valdrakken there are training dummies? One of them is a tank trainer. It gradually hits harder and harder. Aaand gets bigger and bigger with each damage stack. Me and my buddies foubd out. We swapped tabks in and out tobget it up over 300 stacks. We could see its arms swinging outside the cliff and byildings into town it got so big lol​@@TheCruelbeans

I think you made a big mistake at 14:05 . When a new season starts, you do NOT lose your catalys charges, you essentially have unlimited chargs to transmog previous season gear. At least this is what is happening currently with S2 tier set catalyst transmogs. Therefore, I expecte S3 catalyst charges will be unlimited in S4

As long as they do not enforce a weekly time limit on the tokens like FF14, because that got annoying and old real fast. Basically log in one day a week to raid for gear and token and log off again.

Just a note: the Vicious moonbeast seasonal pvp mount will work like all other pvp "fill the bar" mounts, you can still unlock them with Vicious Saddles after their season is over.

Probably good idea to do all mythic dungeon achievements now while dungeons are still easy, specially hard mode megadungeon for the transmog set. I did it last weekend.

For the use of the catalyst. If season 3 works the same as the previous seasons, sure you'll lose the charges, but you won't need them anymore. Season 1 and 2 items currently don't cost any charge to catalyze.

I'm almost 99% sure I have turned the previous seasons mythic + dungeon gear into previous seasons tier gear for the transmog after the next season started. I didn't do it during the season as some items did not have desirable stats. It used the old charges from the previous season. I'm pretty sure I did it with. season one gear during season 2.

When you get the legendary axe, delete the quest and you will automatically get it and equip with no quest line

Great vid as always Kalani but easy transmog sets...yeah right. This is the one thing I did not like about DF. Too many sets, and confusing on what is upgradeable and where. I constantly had to look up on wowhead because even the item tooltip had me wondering if I need currency or catalysts to upgrade. Still can't get it straight. And losing catalyst charges is depressing since I have not had the time to come even close to completing a differnet armor set for 1 of my 4 alts dedicated to armor types. My main is leather and I do not even have the many sets close to done. Collecting has become fomo and exhausting.

'Don't push to grind' assumes people have time to play content while it's live. Instead, those of us that work a lot and haven't been able to play are both giving up sleep to finish Plunderstorm but trying to figure out how to get what's going away in the final week without groups or others playing the content.
