That’s a great 5th wheel. I love that Dutchmen uses the televators for those of us who only use the TV for football games and an occasional movie. I don’t want to constantly look at the TV. The bathroom is perfect. The whole point of having 2 sinks is so they can be used at the same time, which you often cannot do in other dual sink setups. Plus the separate toilet and having the laundry in the bathroom as well is something you don’t see that often at this price point. Dutchmen is definitely highly underrated.

This is hands down the best 5th wheel layout. The only alternation would be is to opt out the love seat for a nice recliner chair with a swivel base for better TV viewing.

Hi Matt and Wil! Love this fifth wheel. My only two dislikes are are the theater seats nit across from tv. And coffee bar. Not deal breakers. My likes are the bathroom and shower. The bedroom. And dinette. Great floor plan. Thank you Matt and Wil.

the little area in the living room would be a great dry bar, a place to plug in an electric wine opener, place for bar glasses, wine glasses, etc. love it

My favorite layout! And no need to bottle-neck when you put a trash can by the counter...because they provided the trash bin cabinet.

This is an amazing RV with a great layout. Will is right about the kitchen needs more cooking space. Also the bottom right side small cabinet could used for a spice rack plus storage on bottom. Nice washer & dryer great location.

I’m one of those people that don’t care for the pass through bathroom, but it’s nice the toilet has its own enclosed space so you don’t have to close the door to the bathroom when you need to take a dump! There are a few additional items I don’t care for, but for $80k, this is probably the best 5th wheel I’ve seen for the money hands down. I would buy this unit if I had a truck to pull it, but the price of a new truck is close to the price of this 5th wheel.

I really like this unit even though it has a few oddities. That being said, I was told that Keystone doesn’t warranty Dutchmen fifth wheels for full time use.

The tabletop color seems strange with the cabinets, trim, and floor. LOVE this floorplan! I dislike the backsplash behind the bathroom sinks. The entertainment center in the bedroom is amazing.

Absolutely love this 5th wheel. The only dislike I have is the heat vents on the floor. Having pets, this is a hazard for toenails to be caught and tore. The coat closet by the entry is wonderful. Would have liked a larger closet area in the bedroom but overall this is a fantastic 5th wheel.

Have to ask Matt, with this model specifically, why would you need to put your trash can at the end of the counter by the sink when you have a door/drawer over by the fridge with 2 trash cans? Counter over by the bathroom door would be perfect for feeding cats. Whether you have a bad back or dogs that like to eat tye cat food. It's a perfect counter for that.

Very nice van but pricey. Very nice cabinetry. Love the way the driver seat turns around and has the table right there. And I love the way the seat extends. It should make it more comfortable since that is your main sitting area. Not too sure of the sleep area if your a larger person that is a side sleeper. Of course vans are probably not made for large people. Lol

I didn't notice, but if you get out of the shower and there are people in living room or kitchen, do you get dressed in the shower, or hope your towel covers you, or do you just give them a show. There was no mention of a door or privacy curtain for the bathroom other than the toilet room

I would say a dislike is the power cord would hang down over the furnace exhaust, might cause problems

Beside a cheaper price why do they use Cable Slides???? Cable Slides are the worst slide system ever!! Alliance only uses cable slides on bedroom slides which makes them the BEST🏆🥇
