iirc it's 40% for the whole team from battle start until you bring her into the battlefield and switch out. so you wanna make sure to try and just lose her to a rush unless you want the paralyze

She gives 40% damage buff to the entire team while she's on standby but you lose it once she shows up. The idea is you just use Bulma + Chi-Chi (BLU) to get kills. Once you kill one unit, you can swap into her and then use her main to paralyze.

I run Regen and I ran into a Girls team running Pan, Zenkai Bulma, and Zenkai Chi Chi in PvP. This team tore through my Regen team which included LF Orange Piccolo, f2p Super Buu, and Zamasu. It's a team that can stand up to top meta threats like UVB, and my Regen team got wrecked. Don't underestimate Girls.
