1 hour before the time you want to sleep try to avoid bright light or things that need you to use brain power or interesting things. Just sit back and relax, maybe a meditation, but for me it’s ASMR or calming music + some relaxing scents.

you could try polyphasic sleep and sleep less but split it up so ur head gets tired but your body refreshes a few times per day. lmk if it helps if you try it out

next time please try something...when you get this augment with tons of emblems..use the arcana buff on Xerath..read it and you will see why....you where using it on ahri which is useless since you dont have 3 stars

my sleep schedule was so shit cuz my work was in the afternoon/evening, so i went to bed 4-6 at night. but after i got new work with normal working ours helped me alot. so just try and stay up early and get out of bed fast. not staying in bed with your phone for hours. think that would really help.

I had big problem with sleep and start using Melatonin and it helps, try it but start with 1 mg
