I am a card developer (modded) for rounds and I have two class cards that prevent bullets from hurting you like you mention at the beginning. It’s Chaotic Classes mod and the King class and Pinball class prevent self damage that way (I recommend pinball, king only kind of works atm)

They need a bounce mod that bounces in a small arc, but it bounces along a platform, so if it hits underneath a platform, it'll bounce around to the top of the platform and just keep bouncing only on the platform all around it

The thing is stead's build could be insane if he just picked the right cards, like at 14:20 if he took decay, that pick for whale was very good with his build (as it regens based on % of max hp), air strike combos with poison which combos with instability no complaints there, at 36:20 he should have picked thorns because of his massive hp pool
