Lighting strike was perfectly fine as it was, it's boss dps was trash unless you had amazing positioning and even then it wasn't sure good. Lightning strike has essentially been removed from the game the nerfs are that over the top. Yeah conduit was strong, but probably not 30% top strong

You can do KB with the one passive tree anoint, the one he speaks in the video about. It doesn't have the downside with the random projectile directionary. And since KB is an attack skill, the anoint will do the job for it (the anoint only works for attack projectiles)

@@vladbur04 Yeah but I'm fairly certain that's not happening EVERY time you'd cast Ice Spear tbh. I think it's happening randomly. But even still, I think there'd be some fun interaction with Sniper's Mark + Snakepit & Nimis tbh

You want the wand that has like 14% base cast speed as the implicit & then get high cast speed on the wand since you wont have any on rings due to going Snakepit + Nimis. Also, Sire of Shards making projectiles fire in a circle would fuck with Nimis & Snakepit even more than Nimis already would fuck Ice Spear over. Also getting extra proj for Ice Spear is fairly easy with Deadeye giving +2 and just run a Dying Sun for another. Plus I also mentioned crit variant. Which means you'd need cast speed, Inc Crit for spells, inc crit multi & +1 cold along with Spell damage on wand. And then you'd need Inc crit for spells on shield.

my point is that is not really worth to play ice spear because ice spear is used for shotgun and you loose it. also snakepit chain doesnt work because ice spear has infinite pierce. id rather use etherial knife

This sounds good for mapping since the projectiles fire in random directions. Maybe it can work for bosses on the return if you're on top of the boss to ensure they get hit. That's extremely risky with the random directions.
