why is everyone maxxed out at rank 23? doesnt it go to 50?

Its just too hard to get matches. These people are playing at that level 45-50, but their aren't enough people in matchmaking to get those old 50 ranks. Especially on new accounts. Hard to get matches when you're that high or very low

There's a guy that can lock your account level to any level, but when you click on your account it'll be the real level (most likely 50) it's so that you can always find games as the higher level you are it's very unlikely to find a game. Whereas at level 23 you will find games very easily

Why do your teammates always challenge 1v2? Or out themselves in horrible positions. When he actually started helping you, you guys won

Sometimes you can get a clean up and a trade resulting in a 2-2 (no net change) instead of 1-0 (down one kill) but knowing when to challenge is a key aspect of Halo.
