I'm convinced no one in these comments have ever seen a real 4-7 handicap golf. Riggs looks like every golfer I've played with in that range that has a genuine handicap. He shoots some mid 70's on tough courses over 20 rounds and he's a mid single digit easily. It doesn't mean he's shooting 5 over every round of his life
