this is the most underdog matchup i've ever seen, kazuya is an all powerful being, with the powers of a devil, then you have a normal human boxer who secretly has super strength, its perfect. Not only is it probably impossible for mac in canon, but its a hard match up for mac in general, kazuya is basically a better little mac in every way, even with the same type of playstyle. Even if Peanut lost, he had some balls to go against the best kazuya in the world

Kazuya's disadvantage isn't even bottom 20 out of hand. He can recover from literally anywhere and his recovery is almost completely uncontestable. He struggles being juggled, sure, but so does Lucina, so that's hardly an argument for 'the worst disadvantage in the game.' Let me just quickly, without even thinking about it, name 20 characters with inarguable worse disadvantage states: Bowser, Ganon, Mac, ICs, Doc, DK, Incineroar, DDD, King K Rool, Plant, Ridley, Kirby, Lucario, R.O.B., Robin, Ken, Ryu, Simon, Richter, Isabelle, Byleth, Min Min, Mii Gunner. (Honorable mentions to Charizard and Pyra, who have 100% worse disadvantage states than Kazuya, but get to push a button to become characters with better disadvantage states than him.) ...That's more than 20. And that's without considering the characters that are at or near his level of disadvantage, who MAY realistically have worse disadvantage states than him. Conversely, his advantage state is better than that of almost all of the characters listed here. Arguing against Kazuya being broken just shows you're a fool. The only thing keeping him from being the literal best character in the game is his below average matchups against the top 5.

But what makes Kazuya's uniquely bad is his frame data on his jumps. He has over double the frames on his jumps than everyone else. That might not sound like much but its catastrophic for his kit.

Defining characteristics of a shoto are: good footsies/neutral, fireball, invincible reversal/dp/shoryuken, and a tatsu. Little Mac has maybe 2 of those (neutral and reversal). Luigi is more of a shoto than little Mac.
